If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service by using the form in our Contact Us page.
1. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or gift packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, a note with the following information:
•Name of Purchaser
•Address
•Phone number
•E-mail address
•Reason for the return
•Original price paid for each item being returned
•On the receipt make a note clearly stating the RMA number issued to you
2. Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a repair or a refund.
3. Include all the original packaging, tags, instructions that were included with the item (Clothing must have original tags still attached to garment, unwashed, no stains, rips, tears or other signs of being worn).
We will then contact you with the shipping information to ship back the item in it's original packaging with all the original contents, as stated above.
If the original packaging is opened, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
If the original packaging, tags, manuals that were included with the item (Clothing must have original tags still attached to garment) are not included in the return, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you return the product(s) in unsellable condition (damaged packaging and/or items, missing original packaging and/or items originally shipped, clothing that has been washed, no stains, rips, tears or other signs of being worn), we will ship the product back to you and will NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND.
C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused.
